Age Restriction: This application is exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 years old are not permitted to access or use this app and its core services.

1. Agreement Overview & Acceptance

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the operator of the Symrel application (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all your access, browsing, operation and usage behaviors of the Symrel photo puzzle tool mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any functional service of the App, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any clause of this Agreement, you shall immediately uninstall the App and stop all usage behaviors.

This Agreement applies to all core and auxiliary functions of Symrel, including but not limited to template-based photo uploading, image puzzle combination, local image preview and other affiliated service functions.

2. User Qualification & Age Compliance

We strictly stipulate that the usage right of the Symrel App is only granted to adult users who have reached the age of 18 with full civil capacity. Any access, registration or use of the App by users under 18 years old is prohibited.

You warrant and guarantee that your use of the App complies with the age restriction rule. We reserve the right to verify user age information through technical means, and to permanently restrict or block the access authority of any user who violates the age regulation. We shall not be liable for any risks, losses or disputes arising from unauthorized use by minors.

3. Service Description & Functional Scope

Symrel is a professional photo puzzle tool application. The core service we provide is to offer diverse built-in puzzle templates for users. Users can independently upload local image files, match the selected templates, and complete personalized photo puzzle synthesis and production through the App’s built-in algorithm.

All services of the App are oriented to users' personal non-commercial daily use. We do not charge basic functional fees for template matching and photo puzzle production under normal circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust functional settings, optimize template resources and upgrade service experience in accordance with product operation needs and market norms without prior notice to users.

We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterruptedly, flawlessly or completely error-free at all times. Temporary service suspension caused by system maintenance, version upgrade, network failure or objective technical reasons shall not be deemed as our breach of agreement.

4. Authorized Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download, install and use the Symrel App on your personal mobile devices that you legally own or control, solely for the purpose of using the App’s photo puzzle services.

You are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors without our written official authorization: copying, modifying, disassembling, reverse engineering, cracking the App program code; renting, selling, authorizing third parties to use the App; using the App for commercial profit, illegal production and other non-personal authorized scenarios.

5. User Content & Upload Responsibility

All images, photos and other content uploaded by users to the App for puzzle production (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") are independently provided by users. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all User Content you upload.

You promise that all uploaded photos and images have legal ownership or legitimate use rights, and do not infringe upon the portrait rights, copyrights, trademark rights and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You shall not upload pornographic, violent, illegal, infringing, insulting and other non-compliant content through the App.

We do not actively collect, store or share users' uploaded photos by default. All puzzle production operations are mainly completed locally on the user's device. For user content that is accidentally cached or generated during use, we will strictly protect it in accordance with privacy rules, and will not disclose or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. User Code of Conduct

During the use of the App, you shall abide by national and regional relevant laws, regulations and platform rules, and shall not use the Symrel App to carry out any illegal or improper behaviors, including but not limited to:

• Using the App to produce, disseminate or spread illegal, harmful, discriminatory or infringing content;

• Attempting to attack, interfere with or destroy the App’s normal operating system, technical framework and service functions;

• Using plug-ins, auxiliary tools, cracking programs and other illegal third-party tools to operate the App;

• Other behaviors that violate public order and good customs or damage the legitimate rights and interests of us and third parties.

If your behavior violates the above provisions, we have the right to take disposal measures such as warning, limiting function use, permanently banning access, and reserve the right to pursue your legal liability for resulting losses.

7. Intellectual Property Protection

All intellectual property rights of the Symrel App, including but not limited to application program code, interface design, puzzle template resources, text description, logo, trademark and software technology, are exclusively owned by us. All rights are reserved.

Without our written authorization, no user or third party has the right to copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, commercially use or authorize others to use the above intellectual property contents. Any unauthorized infringement behavior will be held legally responsible by us in accordance with the law.

8. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, our App services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties for the completeness, accuracy, stability and applicability of the App’s functions and services.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by user’s improper operation, unauthorized use, personal negligence, or force majeure factors such as network faults, system failures and natural disasters.

We are not responsible for any copyright disputes, portrait right disputes and other legal risks arising from the user's uploaded photos and self-produced puzzle works, and all related liabilities shall be borne by the user independently.

9. Agreement Revision & Update Mechanism

We reserve the right to revise and update this User Agreement in real time according to product iteration, service adjustment and legal compliance requirements. The revised Agreement will take effect immediately after being displayed on the App or updated synchronously on the App Store.

Your continued use of the App after the Agreement update is deemed as your full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not recognize the updated clauses, you shall stop using the App immediately.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The formulation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws of the region where the operator is located.

In case of any dispute between you and us arising from the use of the App services, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent judicial authority for settlement.
